In addition to our Quality Control Manual, which provides a sequential checklist of policies and procedures to be followed throughout the course of the project by Gale Construction employees, we believe that the dynamics of the relationship that is developed among the project team members (owner, architect, engineer, etc.) is critical not only to the project's ultimate success, but the overall quality of the process, as well. To that end, we have three main areas of focus:
- A formalized kick off/orientation where we establish expectations, define responsibilities, and layout a communication strategy for ensuring a successful project delivery.
- An ongoing "monitoring" program, which memorializes, through minutes, memos and emails, decisions made and actions taken so that we maintain a clear and common understanding of the project's status.
- Distribution of a quality control questionnaire upon the completion of the project, which solicits feedback to help us capitalize on our strengths, and take corrective actions in areas needing improvement.
