Incorporated in 1993 as the in house construction arm of The Gale Company, a real estate development and investment company, Gale Construction has evolved into one of the premier third party construction service providers in the country. In May 2006 we became a wholly owned subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corp., a leading real estate investment trust (REIT), which specializes in class A commercial office properties. For the past 10 years the company has continued to emphasize its "direct client" business with more than 50% of the annual volume being derived from the open market in a diverse mix of commercial, educational, institutional, and other project types.
