ROSELAND, N.J., MARCH 4, 2008 - The Gale Construction Company, LLC, a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI), recently completed construction management services for the renovation and expansion of the United States Golf Association Museum and Archives located at 77 Liberty Corner Road in Bernards Township, New Jersey.

Adjacent to the USGA's headquarters, the fully renovated museum and the new Arnold Palmer Center for Golf History comprises a 33,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility, which is the new home for the world's premier collection of golf artifacts, memorabilia and historical items.

"This was an interesting and high-profile project that required special attention to many areas of the Arnold Palmer Center including an infrastructure that provides climate control and security for the USGA's historic collections," said Stephen P. Trapp, president of the Gale Construction Company. "This assignment is an important addition to Gale Construction's portfolio, and serves as an excellent example of our ability to routinely excel at a wide array of assignments."

The $11 million renovation includes the 16,000-square-foot Palmer Center in which more than 5,000 square feet is devoted to public exhibition galleries. The Palmer Center also houses a new research room, state-of-the-art storage areas for the long-term care of the historical collections, and additional staff offices.

The architect for the project was Farewell Mills Gatsch Architects of Princeton, New Jersey, and the owner's representative is Zubatkin Owner Representation, LLC.
