The Gale Construction Company LLC, a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI), announced the completion of a 4,000 square-foot café for the Lowenstein Sandler law firm located at 6 Becker Farm Road in Roseland, New Jersey.

"Lowenstein Sandler wanted to design a café for their employees that was similar in character to a Starbucks," stated Kevin Herb, project manager for the Gale Construction Company. "Additionally they wanted employees to have the option of take-out or stay in, where they could enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the lounge area. The firm's goal was to create a unique atmosphere for its staff."

Lowenstein Sandler completely renovated the area from a small food service venue into the 4,000 square-foot café and coffee bar. The space was created with an international feel. The hardware was designed and produced in China, the wall coverings are from France, and the wood panels are from Germany. Many of the materials, design accents, and appliances used in this project came from international sources. The area was designed to be a unique and inviting place for employees to go when taking a break from work. This most recent assignment represents Gale Construction's third consecutive project for this prestigious law firm. The architect on this project was Gensler.
