ROSELAND, N.J., OCTOBER 30, 2007 - The Gale Construction Company, LLC, a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI), recently commenced construction on One Jefferson Road in Parsippany, New Jersey. The 100,000 square-foot class A office building marks the final phase of The Center of Morris County office campus.

Upon completion of One Jefferson Road in late 2008, The Center of Morris County will consist of four class A office buildings totaling 850,000 square feet, located on 90 acres.

Stephen P. Trapp, president of The Gale Construction Company, said, "With the completion of One Jefferson Road, The Center of Morris County will be fully developed, and will represent one of Gale Construction's proudest achievements." The Gale Construction Company built each of the buildings in the campus, with the initial building completed in 2001.

Rotwein & Blake, of Livingston, New Jersey, is the architect for One Jefferson Road, a three-story, headquarters-quality office property. The distinctive granite and smoked glass building will feature upscale details such as mahogany accents and polished granite flooring in the lobby. The speculative building also includes 45' x 30' column spacing; flexible fiber optic connectivity for voice, data, video and high-speed Internet transmissions; and a dedicated telecommunications room on each floor. The building will offer 400 parking spaces.

The Gale Real Estate Services Company is managing and leasing One Jefferson Road, as well as the other buildings in the campus, on behalf of the ownership group. The ownership group for One Jefferson Road is comprised of a joint venture partnership with a commingled fund advised by JPMorgan Investment Management, Inc.; The Hampshire Companies; and Mack-Cali Realty Corporation.

One Jefferson Road follows the successful 100 Kimball Drive development, where Gale Real Estate Services recently announced a long-term lease with Deloitte & Touche USA for 160,000 square feet. The 175,000 square-foot spec building was completed in April 2007.

Located at the intersection of Interstates 80 and 287, The Center of Morris County is one of the region's most successful office parks. In addition to Deloitte & Touche, other notable tenants at the campus include State Farm Insurance, Novartis Consumer Healthcare, and Kelly Drye and Warren.
