Morristown, N.J., June 1, 2007 – The Gale Construction Company, a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, has completed major renovation work on both the Morristown/Morris Township Library and the Parsippany/Troy Hills Library.

Gale Construction completed a 13,000-square-foot addition for The Morristown/Morris Township Library at One Miller Road in Morristown. The construction firm also renovated an additional 13,000 square feet of the library's existing space. The facility now offers an enhanced library and gallery, as well as space for archiving of an extensive local history collection and a new children's library section. In keeping with the facility's original design, the new addition features a granite exterior, areas of slate roof, and custom windows to match the original 1917 structure. The Gale Construction Company was awarded this project through a competitive selection process.

Gale Construction also completed a total gut renovation of an existing office building to accommodate The Parsippany/Troy Hills Library, located at 449 Halsey Road in Parsippany. The new 36,000-square-foot library now features state-of-the-art space to house its collections, along with community meeting rooms, tutorial rooms, and other ancillary functions.
