ROSELAND, N.J., JANUARY 15, 2009 - The Gale Construction Company, LLC, a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI), has commenced construction at 224 and 228 Strawbridge Road in Moorestown, N.J for the interior renovation of the regional offices for The Shaw Group Inc., a global engineering firm. The interior renovation totals 100,000 square feet and spans two buildings within Mack-Cali's Moorestown Corporate Center. The client elected a construction management delivery approach for the project, and Gale was retained during the design phase.

The interior office renovations and build-out of new offices include 25,000 square feet at the facility located at 224 Strawbridge Road, and 75,000 square feet at 228 Strawbridge Road. In addition to a system network room, which is protected by the FM200 Fire Protection System, modular partitions and workstations will be utilized to provide a high-level of flexibility for future re-stacks. Both locations will receive upgraded HVAC and energy management systems and reproduction room and conference rooms.
