ROSELAND, N.J., FEBRUARY 9, 2009 - The Gale Construction Company, LLC, a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI), completed general contracting services on behalf of Sutman Princeton Associates, LP for Theradex® Systems, Inc.'s 25,000 square-foot office interior renovation at 4365 Route 1 South in South Brunswick, N. J. The new offices house approximately 80 employees consisting of administrative, research, executive, and marketing staff.

"Theradex Systems' interior tenant fit-out represents another successful project completed by our team," said Stephen P. Trapp, president of the Gale Construction Company. "Theradex had very stringent requirements, and our team delivered the project, on time and within their budget."

The interior renovation included 5,000 square feet of new space on the first floor and 20,000 square feet of space on the third floor. The first floor consisted of a reception area, IT support, an employee lunch room, and a business operations area. The third floor consisted of an executive area with supporting library, conference rooms, and administrative space consisting of 27 private offices, 45 workstations, and various support rooms.

The Gale Construction Company, along with the architectural firm of Seth A. Leeb, and LJM Engineering, delivered Theradex employees a state-of-the-art, work environment.
