Roseland, New Jersey—August 17, 2009—The Gale Construction Company, LLC, a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI), has completed construction management services for Wyndham Worldwide Corporation's new corporate headquarters at 22 Sylvan Way at the Mack-Cali Business Campus in Parsippany, New Jersey.

This premier, 250,000-square-foot class A office building was a build-to-suit project that Mack-Cali Realty Corporation developed with Wyndham Worldwide Corporation. A long-time Mack-Cali tenant, Wyndham consolidated multiple locations within Mack-Cali Business Campus when it moved into its new location. Mack-Cali maintains a land bank of strategically located sites so that it can fulfill the needs of its tenants, as evidenced by this project.

Wyndham Worldwide's new corporate headquarters, which houses executive and administrative offices, is a three-story, glass and granite class A office building. Located at the Mack-Cali Business Campus in the heart of Morris County's Fortune 500 corridor, the facility contains a credit union, a 1,600-square-foot data center with emergency backup power, cafeteria with outdoor seating, a boardroom with a complete audio-visual compliment including video conferencing, training rooms, a company store and conference center.

Additional features of the space are a two-story atrium with an ornamental stair connecting to the second floor, and Wyndham Worldwide's signature "Eat, Refresh, Live" coffee bar. To promote employee health and well being, Wyndham Worldwide included a 6,500-square-foot, cutting-edge, full-service fitness center in the facility, with the latest in cardio and weight training equipment, along with an exercise room and locker rooms. The interiors are slated to be LEED-certified by the U.S. Green Building Council and are based on nationally accepted benchmarks for sustainable green building interiors. Gale also managed construction of the facility's core and shell, along with 26 acres of site improvement.
