ROSELAND, N.J., FEB. 11, 2008 - The Gale Construction Company, LLC, a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI), recently completed common area renovations at 15 Vreeland Road in Florham Park, New Jersey. The 133,090 square-foot office building is owned by The Hampshire Companies, a full-service private real estate investment fund manager.

"This was a dynamic project with renovations occurring in multiple areas on both floors, which included the installation of a water feature in the lobby," said Stephen P. The Gale Construction Company managed the demolition and reconstruction of the lobby, elevators, and the restrooms. On the first floor the lobby restoration included the addition of a 10-foot water feature surrounded by cherry veneer wall panels. The elevators were updated with cherry veneer panels that continue the lobby's interior style from the first to the second floor. In addition the elevators received new carpeting, lighting and stainless steel ceilings that present a clean, sleek appearance. The restroom facilities on the first and second floors were updated with paint, wall coverings, glass and porcelain tiled vanity walls and floors, new vanities, lighting, ceilings and plumbing fixtures.
